MED MICHIGAN HOLDINGS, LLC, ACQUIRES SURGE CARDIOVASCULAR AND 3T MEDICAL ASSETS
SYCAMORE, IL, AUGUST 5, 2020: MED Michigan Holdings, LLC, a newly formed entity affiliated with MED Alliance Solutions, has completed the acquisition of medical device manufacturer Surge Cardiovascular and certain assets of medical device distributor 3T Medical Systems.
Surge Cardiovascular will continue its focus and expertise of manufacturing cardiovascular surgery products while operations will be managed by MED Michigan Holdings. MED Alliance Solutions has been the exclusive clinical specialty distributor of Surge Cardiovascular products since 2012 and became the sole distributor of the acquired 3T Medical assets in March 2020.
