MED Alliance Awards Employee of the Year
We are excited to announce that Lauren Neff received the 2017 Employee of the Year Award during the MED Alliance Annual Christmas Party.
After some appetizers and dinner, MED Alliance President Mike Crawford made a brief speech and announced Lauren the winner of the prestigious award. Mike pointed out that she has far surpassed expectations as a part-time employee by knowing and understanding essentially all processes within the company. He stated that she is a constant resource for our customer service, marketing and warehouse teams.
Lauren has been with the company for nine years. She is the Operations and Quality Assistant at MED Alliance, and handles everything from returns to our product demo program. She works closely with more than 40 contract sales representatives and multiple manufacturers.
MED Alliance Vice President of Operations Lindsey Allende said, “Lauren has shown tremendous growth in leadership and project management this year. As a part-time employee, she reached beyond her core duties and was the catalyst to major process changes that had full-time impact. Lauren worked with great selflessness and devotion each day and her support spread to every department.”
